Matt Leonard, Vice President of Operations and Mission, holds a masters in theology from Franciscan University and is an experienced administrator and teacher. A former vice-president of Ave Maria College and president of a real estate development company, he also taught adult faith formation classes for the diocese of Kalamazoo, Michigan and served as a missionary in Mexico. There he led both Bible studies and the music ministry team.

The father of three, Matt and his wife now live in Steubenville.
